Deuplicate
Deuplicate lets you split off copies of yourself. A duplicate is a player-like clone that fights at your side, guards your base, and gathers resources while you are busy with something else. You pay for every copy with your own max hearts, so each one is a real trade-off rather than free labor.
Quick start
- Build up your max hearts. Craft a Heart and use it, or take hearts from other players by killing them.
- Press V to spend hearts and create a duplicate of yourself.
- Right-click the duplicate to open its menu and give it a job.
- Press C to call your duplicates back to you, or X and Z to clear them and get the hearts back.
Controls

All four can be rebound in Options, Controls, under the Deuplicate category.
What duplicates can do
- Follow and bodyguard you, fighting what you fight
- Guard a spot or defend an area on their own
- Raid and push toward enemies
- Chop trees, mine a chosen ore, harvest crops, and hunt animals, then drop the loot to you or into a chest you bind
